Very Moist and Lemony!

This is a very simple cake. I like cake any way it comes! Simple is good!



The pudding gives the cake a lovely lemon flavor. Just enough to taste, but it isn’t overwhelming. If you wanted a more robust lemon flavor you could mix some grated lemon rind into the mix.




The cake is also very easy to make. It would be a great option if you needed something in a hurry.




My husband went back for another slice after he ate his first one. He also made a point to put some into a container so he could take it to work with him.


It’s a great snack cake!



YELLOW LEMON CAKE

1 Package Yellow Cake Mix

1 Package Lemon Pudding Mix

¼ Cup Salad Oil

4 Eggs

1 Cup Water


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar once cooled.
