Creme de Cacao is a sweet chocolate liquor. I have not used this liquor much, so I did not know what to expect.
It is certainly a much more mild flavor than some of the other chocolate liquors out there. I would say it is more of a cocoa bean than a chocolate bar.
The chocolate liquor with the gin and sweet cream gives the cocktail a very smooth feel.
It is easy to drink, which could be a problem as it is all alcohol!
The sweet cream cuts some of the bitterness I usually associate with gin, which only makes it even easier to drink.
It was really delicious, and I highly recommend making a pitcher for your next party! People will drink it up!

3/4 Cup Cracked Ice
1 Jigger Sweet Cream
1 1/2 Jiggers Creme De Cacao
5 Jiggers Gin
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake until combine. Strain into chilled glasses.
