Tasty Little Snack

We opted to serve these asa dinner, but I really think they would be a great after school snack as well!

It is definitely a unique way to make pizza.

Using the biscuits gives you a buttery and flaky base for the toppings.

The cheeses blend nicely. The mozzarella melts beautifully. The parmesan stays more intact, but adds a little special flavor.

I did put the anchovy on before baking. I like them to be hot with my pizza. I also used a little pepperoni sliced thin on a few of the pizzas. My daughter does not like anchovy, so we wanted her to enjoy the pizzas too.

I also added a little tomato sauce to the tomato paste. That made it a little easier to spread, and a little less of a tomato impact.

Overall these were really enjoyable. Definitely and easy recipes to put together quickly!
