Steak and Onions

If you like onions, you will like this recipe. The steaks are coated in flour and seared to help seal in the flavor. Then the onions are piled on!

I think this would be amazing with a little higher quality steak to be honest. The chuck steak comes out a bit tough – even after the hour cooking time.

This was a disappointment, I really thought the flavor was good. It was just hard to chew!

The tomatoes are a nice touch. They provide a pop of flavor that is needed. The onions cook beautifully and are packed with flavor.

Just maybe use a sirloin . . .

BAKED ONION STEAK
