Something For Everyone Cookie

I was cleaning out my pantry and discovered I had a huge jar of chocolate chips. I decided that I had to use them, so went looking for recipes.

This is a very different cookie. There are so many things included, I couldn’t resist.

The cookie is soft like a traditional peanut butter cookies. You get a lovely peanut butter flavor throughout.

Using both granulated and brown sugar gives the cookie a lovely brown color. The peanut butter helps with that as well.

The oatmeal gives the cookie a nice little crunch. And you get a lovely oat flavor.

The chocolate chips are perfect, soft and creamy. I mean, it’s chocolate - how could it be wrong!

So if you love peanut butter cookies, or oatmeal cookies, or chocolate chip cookies, then you will love these!

They really are guaranteed to please a crowd!
