So Fast!!

It tastes like you spent all day cooking!

Everything comes out perfectly cooked, even the hamburger.

I did crumble the hamburger before putting it in. The recipe does not call for this, but I felt it was needed. I am glad I did, there was much less to do at the end.

I also did not use canned tomato sauce, but fresh tomatoes. I have said before that we have a very large garden. We had about 7 pounds of tomato harvest the day I made this. I opted to use the fresh tomatoes, since I had them.

The sauce was really very good. It really tasted just as good as the sauce I spend all day making. Definitely worth it!

TWENTY MINUTE ITALIAN SPAGHETTI

2 Tablespoons Oil

1 Pound Ground Beef

4 to 5 Medium Onions, Sliced

3 to 4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped

8 Ounces Tomato Sauce

12 Ounces Tomato Paste

½ Teaspoon Red Pepper

1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

1 Teaspoon Salt

Dash of Pepper

2 Cups Water

Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Add cover. Cook at 15 pounds of pressure for twenty minutes.

Serve over cooked spaghetti.
