So Boring . . .

There is absolutely nothing special about this dish. And it takes so long to cook! So not worth it!

I used plain ground pork. Perhaps it would have been better with an Italian pork. It would have given it more flavor for sure.

The rice cooks nicely. It is soft, but there simply isn’t enough of it. If you want to serve this as an entree you would really need to double the amount.

The season is pretty basic as well. No great flavor added.

For the most part it was edible, that’s probably the nicest thing I can say about it.

PORK AND RICE CASSEROLE

2 Eggs

3 Cups Ground Pork, Cooked

1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice

1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Beat eggs slightly and combine with remaining ingredients. Turn into a casserole. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
