Rich and Delicious

Fudge is one of those things that can go really right r really wrong.

I have made fudge many different ways. I love the easy going quick fudge using the marshmallow fluff. It’s quick and easy and tastes pretty good.

Making cooked fudge is a little harder and doesn’t always turn out. Temperature is so important.

This fudge is a nice mix between the two!

Yes, you cook it, but you don’t have to bring it to boiling temperatures. It is virtually no fail.

The flavor is great as well! I used dark chocolate - I like it better. But you could absolutely use milk chocolate if you prefer.

The result was rich and creamy. And it was delicious!

I had to send the batch to work with my husband to avoid eating all of it!
