I love cream cheese frostings. This one is super rich and creamy.
The butter adds a nice richness.
I wouldn’t really call it a glaze – it is more of a frosting. It is much thicker than a glaze.
If you wanted it thinned, you could easily add some milk in the whipping process.
I used the frosting on the Zucchini Cake.
This frosting is so good you want to eat it with a spoon!
CREAM CHEESE GLAZE ½ Cup Butter, Softened
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Pound Confectioners’ Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla and whip until frosting is smooth and fluffy.
