This recipe creates a lovely frappacino like drink.
The coffee ice cream gives it the coldness it needs.
If you want something a little thicker, add some ice. That will give it more of a milk shake feel instead of an iced coffee feel.
The flavor is really very good.
The recipe made enough for about 5 glasses.
COFFEE COOLER
3 Cups Cold Milk
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
1 Pint Coffee Ice Cream, Softened
Combine milk and instant coffee in a blender. Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
