Meh Spinach

For the end result, these are too much work!

The end texture is a bit soufflé like, a bit quiche like. The eggs cook well, so you do not get an eggy texture or feel.

The biggest problem was the spinach was a bit soggy. This could easily be avoided by using fresh spinach!

There are some vegetables I just don’t like using frozen. Spinach is one of them. It always comes out feeling soggy to me.

The other issue with the dish is that the seasoning wasn’t quite right. It felt like it needed more salt, even though it has a nice amount of salt in it. You also don’t taste any of the Worcestershire sauce or vinegar.

My husband liked it a lot. My daughter and I not so much.
