Meaty Scrambled Eggs

I am not a huge fan of eggs. I know they are good for you, but I just don’t like the taste.



I do eat them though. I force myself.



My family is a huge fan of breakfast for dinner from time to time. So I pulled this recipe for one of those nights. I served it with the Browned Chicken Hash.



Frying the dried beef gives it a nice crispiness. The recipe didn’t call for rinsing the beef. I was a little apprehensive about this. Dried beef is very salty.



It actually worked though. There is no added salt in the recipe. You get all the salt you need from the beef.



Surprisingly, I actually kind of liked these eggs. They actually had a nice flavor.



EGG FRIZZLE

1/3 Cup Dried Beef

1 Tablespoon Butter

4 Eggs, Beaten

Dash Pepper

1/4 Cup Milk


Cook dried beef in butter until slightly crisp. Combine eggs, pepper, and milk and mix well. Pour over beef and cook as for scrambled eggs.
