It Was A Winner

This was another recipe I tried out at our Super Bowl party. It was a big hit!

I know, you are thinking how great can a veggie dip be.

This dip has immense flavor and depth.

The mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream give the base of the dip a very lovely creaminess. The combination also gives the dip a nice level of thickness. It really stays on the veggies after they are dipped.

The water chestnuts are a great addition as well. They have such a unique taste. And they give the dip some amazing crunch.

The green onion provide a slight onion flavor. Not too heavy.

The pimiento gives the dip a pop of red. Just a hint really. They also add a touch of sweetness.

The beef bouillon was interesting to me. I don’t think I have ever added a bouillon to a dip before. It added a small amount of the beef flavor.

This was a great dip. And my guests agreed!
