It Has A Goulash Feel

This is definitely a comfort food recipe.

There are a lot of flavors in this recipe.

You get a great earthy flavor from the mushrooms. Combined with the onion and hamburger, it gives you a very full flavor.

Then the paprika changes everything to a more goulash or Hungarian flavor.

The you add the sour cream and it takes on some stroganoff properties.

The buttered crumbs give you a nice touch of butter and a crispy top crust.

The elbow noodles give the dish a macaroni feel. It really does seem like there is cheese in the dish, even though there isn’t!

The dish was filling and packed full of flavor.
