I have never been one for a sweet dip. So, while it sounded interesting, I had reservations.

To start, the only pineapple yogurt I could find was Greek. I think it gave the dip a completely different taste than a higher sugar content yogurt would have.



The curry powder really adds a unique taste. It contrasts nicely with the pineapple. It gives a little heat, a little spice.

I served this dip with pretzels and sliced apple. It was interesting . . .
TANGY PINEAPPLE DIP
8 Ounces Cream Chees
8 Ounces Pineapple Yogurt
¼ Teaspoon Curry Powder
Soften cream cheese and then beat until fluffy. Add yogurt and curry powder, blend well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
