My husband loves watercress. He loves it to the point that we have a small watercress plant inside so he can have some in his salads.
I found this recipe and knew it would be a hit. It did not disappoint.
Using the Green Goddess Dressing adds some flavor from the dressing without having to add a ton of extra ingredients.
The mayonnaise and sour cream mix together to create a very creamy base for the dip.
The onion provides a touch of sharpness.
The herbs are great. They are fresh and delicious. Each bite gives you a bit of the herby goodness.
We used some Hawaiian bread and pretzel crisps to dip. I think it would also be great with veggies.
