We tend to forget to eat lunch on the weekends. We get busy doing things around the house and time gets away from us. These roll ups were a great thing to have around this past Saturday to snack on.
There are super easy to put together. You could really add whatever you wanted before rolling the ham up.
The cream cheese and mayo go well with the ham. You get a little creamy, a little salty, and a little tangy in each bite.
My husband enjoyed having them around, and they didn’t ruin his appetite for dinner!
These are a great idea for snacking or as an hors d’ouevre at a party!
HAM AND CHEESE ROLL UPS
¼ Pound Medium Sliced Ham
1 Package Softened Cream Cheese
Prepared Mustard
Spread ham with cream cheese, then add a thin layer of mustard. Roll up tightly and refrigerate. Once cold, cut into ½ inch rounds to serve.
