Great Easy Mix

Writer: Amanda KennedyAmanda Kennedy

I love a ready made mix. Want cornbread – boom easy and ready to go.

I used the mix to make the Indian Corn Bread and it turned out great.

The mix is easy to put together. Everything mixes well and is very smooth.

I stored the mix in a large half gallon size Ball jar.

The cornbread I made came out very smooth and tasted great. It wasn’t overly sweet, or salty.

I am looking forward to using more of the mix!
