Fresh and Delicious Dressing!

I don’t know why people don’t make their own salad dressings more. I know purchasing dressing is very simple and easy.

But so was this recipe!

The seasonings mix well with the lemon juice and mustard. Blending it with the oil makes it very smooth and a bit creamy.

The dressing has a wonderful flavor.

And it was super simple and quick to make! It really is much nicer than a store bought dressing. I definitely recommend making it!

FRENCH DRESSING

½ Teaspoon Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper

¼ Cup Vinegar or Lemon Juice

½ Teaspoon Mustard

¾ Cup Olive Oil

Add first four ingredients to a lidded jar. Add 1/3 of the olive oil; seal jar and shake to combine. Repeat twice more. Refrigerate until ready to use.
