Fluffy Eggs

Every once in a while we feel like doing breakfast for dinner. I thought this would be a great dinner breakfast served along side the Fried Ham With Cream Gravy and Biscuits.



The eggs are super fluffy! I wasn’t expecting that.



The Swiss cheese gives the eggs a lovely cheese flavor. I think Swiss was the perfect choice. It has such a unique flavor.




The seasoning was also perfect. The amount of salt added, with the saltiness of the cheese was just right.



I think this dish would be perfect for a brunch or holiday breakfast.



We really enjoyed it for a Tuesday night dinner too! And since the recipe isn’t all that complicated, you don’t need a special occasion to make it!



EGGS AU GRATIN

1 1/2 Cups Milk

1 Teaspoon Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

4 Tablespoons Grated Swiss Cheese

4 Eggs


Add milk, seasonings,  and cheese to slightly beaten eggs. Turn into a greased baking dish placed in a pan of hot water. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes, then unmold onto a platter.
