I had a dinner party and wanted to serve something a little fancier with my bread.
This butter was great for that!
Obviously, butter – butter is a wonderful thing. I love it, maybe a little too much!
The parsley and dill mix well with the butter. It does change the color of the butter, so instead of yellow you get a earthy greenish color.
It tasted wonderfully herbaceous on the fresh baked bread. It was a nice little extra touch to impress my guests!
HERBED BUTTER
1 Cup Unsalted Sweet Butter, Softened
½ Cup Parsley
¼ Cup Dill
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature.
