Easy Side Dish Or Entree . . .

This recipe is super easy to put together. And it’s fast – twenty minutes or less!

I made these noodles as an entrée. I cut up some kielbasa and added it just before serving.

As a side dish, the noodles are creamy and flavorful. Adding the kielbasa made them a filling comfort food.

The parsley and green onions add enough flavor that they aren’t boring.

If you want to avoid the chunky pieces of the cottage cheese, I would recommend processing it in your food processor first. But that’s only if you don’t like the chunks.

This is one of those recipes that you can change to fit your mood. Adding meat, or a bit of Tabasco would give you many options!

CREAMY COTTAGE CHEESE AND NOODLES

Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender; drain. Put noodles back into pan and add remaining ingredients, except pepper. Stir to combine. Heat slowly, stirring gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
