Easy Pizza

This really is easy pizza. And it is very filling!

I used one of the French bread loaves I made the day before. The recipe calls for two loaves, but since there are only three of us, I didn’t see the need for the extra.

I also sprinkled the seasonings at the beginning and the end. I felt they went well with the oil to give the bread some herb flavor.

My husband loves anchovies on pizza. So his half had anchovies on it. My daughter – not so much. So for her I sliced up some pepperoni and spread that on the other half. You really could do whatever toppings you want.

I used fresh tomatoes from our garden, they were great – you don’t miss pizza sauce at all.

Since the bread is so hearty and thick, the pizza is super filling. I cut each loaf in thirds and I could barley finish my third!

Quick, Easy and Tasty!
