These are super easy and super quick to put together. They look impressive though; you could take them to an event and pretend you spent hours!
All you have to do is melt the chocolate and butterscotch morsels. I used a double broiler to do this, but you could easily melt the chocolates in the microwave.
Once the chocolates are melted together, stir in the nuts. It’s that easy!
The only thing I would do differently would be to add a bit of Gulf Wax to give the chocolate a harder texture once cooled.
The butterscotch adds a nice, but different flavor. They were really quite enjoyable!
EASY PEANUT CLUSTERS
1 Package Chocolate Morsels
1 Package Butterscotch Morsels
12 Ounces Salted Peanuts
Combine chocolate and butterscotch morsels in a saucepan or double broiler. Stir over medium heat until melted. Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. All to cool and set. Store in an airtight container.
