This is a very easy smoothie to make!
With the milk and the banana it has a lot of nutrients for and quick on the go breakfast.
The banana gives a good, but subtle flavor. The lemon adds just a hint of acid.
The smoothie comes out smooth and light. It isn’t too heavy. You could add more ice to make it thicker, but I liked it as is.
Overall a quick, easy, and delicious drink!
BANANA MILK SMOOTHIE
1 Cup Milk
1 Medium Size Ripe Banana
1 Think Slice Lemon with Peel
1 Cup Ice
Grated Nutmeg
Put all ingredients except nutmeg into a blender. Cover and process at high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Serve topped with nutmeg.
