This is a nice variation on the basic onion dip.
The dip itself is very light and airy. The sour cream and onion soup mix blend well and have a lot of flavor.
The addition of the diced vegetables gives the dip something special.
I used the same vegetables, plus a few additions, for the veggie tray I served the dip with.
With each bite you get the onion flavor as well as some veggie goodness.
And it’s super easy and quick!
GARDEN ONION DIP
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
¼ Cup Finely Diced Radish, Carrot, Green Pepper and Celery
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir dip before serving.
