Sometimes I get tired of the same ranch dip with veggies every week. I like to shake things up.
This recipe sounded like something different.
The cream cheese gives the dip a lovely base. Thinning it with milk gives it a nice and spreadable consistency.
The cucumber and onion add little bits of crunch throughout the dip. The cucumber is also quite refreshing.
The cumin was an interesting touch. It adds an different flavor to the dip.
I served this dip with veggies for football Sunday.
I don’t think I would do it every week, but it was a nice change.
GREEN GODDESS DIP
6 Ounces Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
1 Teaspoon Chopped Onion
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature. Blend in milk. Combine with remaining ingredients.
