Creamy and Sharp!

This spread is very tasty! And it literally takes minutes to whip up.



The ingredients are simple and you probably have them in your pantry and fridge already.



The blue cheese gives it a sharpness and an interesting layer of flavor. My husband always told me he didn’t like blue cheese, but he loved this dip. I think he thought he didn’t like blue cheese, but he was wrong.



The chives give the spread a subtle oniony flavor.



I served it with crackers during the football game. It was a hit!




PARCHEESI CHIVE SPREAD

8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened

1 Garlic Clove, Crushed

2 Tablespoons Milk

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

4 Ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese

2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives


In a small bowl combine cream cheese, garlic, milk, and Worcestershire. Stir until smooth. Add blue cheese and chives and mix until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time.
