Cheesy Broccoli

Want a quick and easy side dish – this fits the bill for sure!



I added about an inch of water to the bottom of my pan and steamed the broccoli in it. I like my vegetables to be soft crisp, so I cooked the broccoli for about seven minutes.



I added the butter and cheese to the broccoli in the pan. I thought it was easier to mix it in the pan.



This ensured that the broccoli was coated in the butter. It also incorporated the cheese throughout.



The broccoli was great. The cheese added just enough saltiness and cheesy goodness.



BROCCOLI PARMESAN

2 ½ Pounds Broccoli Flowerets

Butter

Salt and Pepper

¾ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


Cook broccoli to desired tenderness. Arrange on plates and season with salt, pepper and butter. Sprinkle Each portion with parmesan cheese.
