Absolutely Delicious!

These meatballs are moist and delicious!

The addition of the nutmeg makes them taste just a touch different than Swedish meatballs.

The gravy is rich and smooth. Making the gravy in the meatball drippings gives it a lot of the beefy flavor.

This dish is comfort food, and it tastes lovely!

2 Pounds Hamburger

1 ½ Cups Chopped Onion

2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten

1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

2 Teaspoons Salt

½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

2/3 Cup Flour

1 Cup Beef Bouillon

3 Tablespoons Flour

1 ½ Cups Beef Bouillon

1 Bay Leaf

Mashed Potatoes
