A Little Bitter, But Drinkable

This was a lovely cocktail. The recipe makes enough for one, so I doubled it for my husband and I.



It comes out a bit bitter, so I added about a teaspoon of simple syrup to each drink at the end.




The drink has a lovely dark pink color. So that is fun.



Blending it with the ice makes it super cold. As it heats up the ingredients separate a bit. So drink it while its cold!




SCARLETT

1 ½ Ounces Rum

1 ½ Ounces Cherry Brandy

1 Ounce Coconut Milk

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Grenadine

Crushed Ice


Combine ingredients in a blender and mix until frothy. Pour into chilled glasses.
