There is no store bought, bottled salad dressing that tastes as good as a freshly made dressing.
This one is a bit different though.
To start, it is more for a fruit dressing them a traditional lettuce salad.
The mustard gives it a touch of tanginess.
The coffee gives the dressing a lovely coffee flavor, as well as a nice brown color.
The condensed milk gives the dressing the thickness it needs to help coat the fruit.
The fruit juices give the dressing a little brightness.
I used this to make the Fruit Bowl Sophisticate. That recipe only called for a small amount of the dressing, so I had plenty to save for later.
I am looking forward to trying the dressing on some more fruit!
