A Decent Dip. . .

This dip comes out very creamy, so it was perfect for the pretzel thins I served it with. I think it would be a little to thin for veggies.

My husband and I had an event we had to go to that we needed to bring an appetizer to. I get tired of taking the same thing every time so I was happy to try something new.

The curry powder and chutney give the dip a little exotic feel. The bacon, well, how can you ever go wrong with bacon!

The dip was a hit, there was none left to bring home at the end of the event.

LADY LUCK SAVORY DIP

4 Slices Bacon, Diced

1 Cup Sour Cream

2 Tablespoons Chutney, Chopped

¼ Teaspoon Curry Powder

Dash of Red Pepper Sauce

3 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions

In a small skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain well on paper towels and set aside. In a small bowl combine sour cream, chutney, curry powder and pepper sauce until well mixed. Fold in bacon and green onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
