I served this dip with vegetables. It held up nicely and could easily be used with some chips if you want.

The bacon is a lovely thing - it’s bacon. You get a little bit of crunch when you get the bacon pieces.

The horseradish gives the dip a little bite. I added 3 full teaspoons, but you could adjust this amount more or less to suite your taste. My husband loves horseradish, so I used more.

We did not use all of the dip on the first day so had some to save. The horseradish and bacon flavor are definitely more enhanced the longer the dip has to sit.

This recipe gives you a nice alternative to the standard ranch veggie dip. We enjoyed it!
