Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake until combine. Strain into chilled glasses.

2 Cups Water

6 Ounces Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, Thawed

3 Tablespoons Orange Breakfast Drink (Tang)

24 Ounces Ginger Ale


Combine juice, water, lemonade and tang. Chill. Add ginger ale just before serving.

1 Lime, Juiced

1 Large Jigger Rum

Cola


Squeeze lime juice into a tall glass. Place half the lime in the glass along with three ice cubes. Pour in rum. Fill with cola. Stir.

1 Tablespoon Simple Sugar Syrup

2 Large Jiggers Lime Juice

5 Jiggers Gin


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake to blend. Strain into chilled glasses or over ice.

Iced Mint Chocolate

2 Ounces Chocolate

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Hot Water

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

13 Ounces Evaporated Milk

1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla

5 Sprigs Fresh Mint

1 Cup Cracked Ice


Cut chocolate into pieces in a blender. Add sugar and hot water. Blend for 1 minute. Add salt, evaporated milk, vanilla and mint sprigs. Blend a few seconds. Add ice. Blend 1 minute. Serve in tall glasses garnished with mint leaves.

Lemon Peel

Olives

 

Stir the vermouth and gin into ice. Twist the lemon peel over the top or add olives with a little of their juice. Pour into martini glasses.

1/4 Teaspoon Sugar

1/2 Cup Cracked Ice

Seltzer Water

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whirl until well blender. Strain into glasses. Add ice. Fill with seltzer. 

Mint Julep

2 Teaspoons Simple Syrup

6 Medium Mint Leaves

1 Large Jigger Bourbon

1 Pony Whisky


Combine simple syrup and mint leaves in a bar glass. Muddle the leaves in the bottom of the glass. Pour in bourbon, add ice. Pour whiskey over top. Garnish with mint leaves.

1 Shot Brandy or Cognac

2 Oranges, Juiced

1 Lemon, Juiced

3/4 Cup Sugar

 

Mix all ingredients. Chill. Float wedges of fruit in beverage if desired.
