Topsy Turvy Pie
1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Green pepper
8 Ounces Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
4 1/2 Ounce Can Chopped Ripe Olives
1/2 Recipe Richer Biscuit Dough
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Sauté meat in oil until half browned. Add onion and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until meat is browned and onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Make biscuit dough and roll to fit the top of the pie plate. Make slits on top. Place over meat mixture. Let stand a minute. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into wedges.
Tostados
1 Pound Bulk Pork Sausage
1 Can Kidney Beans, Drained
1/8 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
6 Tortillas
1 Cup Process Cheese
Break sausage with a fork and brown. Remove meat and drain all but 2 tablespoons dat. Fry beans. Add sausage and seasonings to pan and stir. Lay tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Tuna Tetrazzini
4 Ounces Spaghetti Noodles
3 Tablespoons Garlic Spread
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Sherry
4 Ounce Can Mushrooms
8 Ounces Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
14 Ounces Canned Tuna, Drained
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
Cook spaghetti and drain. In a double boiler over boiling water, melt garlic spread. Stir in flour. Add milk a little at a time. Stir in sherry and mushroom liquid. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Add cheese, seasoned salt and pepper to sauce. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked noodles, tuna and mushrooms. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
